Communication was good from first contact through to installation. We were kept well informed throughout. 7 large aluminium framed windows in a 3rd floor flat were replaced. Installation went smoothly and the team left the flat clean and tidy after they had finished. The level of noise from a very busy road outside is now negligible and the reversible system on the frames means that both sides of the windows are easy to clean. We are very pleased.

Should be zero stars. AVOIDHave been dealing with this company and original owner for decades but now the business has been handed down it has lost its original values of quality and no longer recognise the importance of good customer service.I had to watch over work from them recently and it simply wasn’t professional nor the standards you’d expect from a long established business.I’ve replaced them with another company.

I have used Vaspa to fix double glazed windows to my previous property and also on my current property that includes bi-fold doors. Whe ever I asked for a quite they will send it to me and will not call back chasing for the job which I really appreciate and there is no bargaining on price. I will certainly used them again

As an architect I have recommended Vaspa on many residential commissions and they have never let me down. Their products are first rate, as is their know how and experience of glazing and frameless glass construction.

There are so many companies to choose from when considering changing your windows and so many qualities out on the market that it can all be very confusing and competitive . I looked at so many and decided to use Vaspa. The service was excellent from my initial conversation about what i was looking for, to fitting my windows. Ashwin, one of the owners, made sure I was sent all the information on the type of products, quality, and styles. There were no pushy sales techniques. I found that the product choice is more advanced than many of the other companies that i looked at. I am really thorough in researching when i buy anything that has to last a long time and is costing me a fair bob. I had a few questions to ask before i decided to go ahead with the order and was not only given the information i needed. Ashwin also helped me make the right choices for me and my family. The company has a real personable touch. The quotes and communications were fast and easy. The quality of windows speak for themselves and are worth every penny. You get what you pay for. My heating bills have reduced. There is also a reduction in sound. I live on a main road, and it was important that the windows helped with this issue. I have sadly had windows fitted by cowboys in the past but after seeing and experiencing the quality that Vaspa provide in both product and service, i have confidently used them to do a further three properties that i own. The fitters are so tidy and professional. They worked so hard on all of my properties, finishing the job in good time. They communicated with you at every stage and respected being in your home. They don't rush the job or leave until you are happy with the final product. They are themselves perfectionists and take real pride in their work. I would recommend Vaspa to anyone who wants a top quality product that will last, that gives a vast amount of product choice to choose from, and is looking for great service from start to finish.

Following your reply to my review. If you could have called me back and said you werent happy Thats fine. But to be ignorant is not good customer service and also i own a house not a flat so the window is going onto my own roof. Please have your facts right before writing shambles

I and two of my neighbours ordered a total of seven double glazed doors and windows earlier this year. The glass units and aluminium frame sections are top-end products. We are all very pleased with them and we will be using Vaspa again. Two of us have building/property company experience and judged the installation team and process excellent. Communication is not up to the same standard: maybe it was just the holiday season?

I visited the showroom in Park Royal. Met with Ashwin. Gave him approx sizes for a price. Completely unbelievable, he quoted approx £2000 of the top of his head for a door. When I received his email with cost the new price was £3300 plus Vat. Almost double the price.They have no idea of what they are selling and having dealt with other window/door manufacturers they never got the price so wrong. Shows they don't know there product.I would even give Vaspa one star.
