My wife and I received amazing service from Frankie at Earnest Jones in Buchanan Galleries. Her knowledge was invaluable and her patient advice helped us come to the right decision as to which watch to buy, so much better than buying online.

I visited your store in Buchanan Galleries today as I was needing assistance with a watch repair. Following a visit earlier in the week by my daughter to resolve this issue, she had spoken with the store manager who had been no help. I then had to phone the customer resolution department to have this issue resolved. I was advised by a lovely, helpful lady Elaine that the watch would need to be sent for repair by the store. I would just like to express my appreciation for the wonderful customer service and extreme level of professionalism that Sophie and Hannah, both sales associates, showed me today. Thank you girls, you are a credit to the company, not your manager. I hope they are both rewarded for their excellent standards.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at Ernest Jones with Frankie. We were looking for our wedding rings and Frankie was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to try lots of different styles and given time to think on our decisions and re visit. We took up a lot of Frankie's time for which we are so grateful. Couldn't recommend the experience highly enough.

Exceptional service from Sophie in the Glasgow store placed within the Buchannan Galleries. Acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store, but allowed me to browse without hanging over me like sales assistants often do. When required, Sophie gave incredibly detailed information on the item that I was looking at (I had done some research prior and was going to order the item online, but wanted to see it in person). Alongside this, Sophie was able to advise the best way to keep the item in good condition and explained the benefits of the aftercare service and extended warranty. Nothing was too much, and she even hunted for a display box that had went 'walk abouts' and one that I had hoped to have alongside the item as it was a gift. I didn't intend on purchasing that day, but Sophie's service gave me the confidence that I was hoping to find when I walked in. Sophie is a credit to Ernest Jones, and I would love for her to be recognised for the great work that she has done during my visit. Rarely do I leave a store with such a level of satisfaction, and I would be confident in saying that I am not alone in saying that, as Sophie's professionalism was top notch. Thanks again Sophie!
