What a lovely experience went in for a prom dress for daughter with big self confidence problems and ended up with a daughter feeling happy and beautiful thanks to the wonderful attention holly paid in finding her the dress that she never thought would suit her . We took my granddaughter here, just for a look, and wow I'm so pleased that we did, you need to book an appointment beforehand, and I wasn't too sure what to expect, but wow, this is run like a well oiled machine, extremely professional!! The amount of dresses and styles available was mind blowing, when you arrive you are given some coloured hanger discs to pop over your choices of dress, you then have your own assistant who helps with everything and is so attentive and knowledgeable and friendly! There are 4/5 families at each appointment session and you all have your own space and fitting area, the place is much larger than I expected and there is plenty of room.The dresses are all exceptional and they range from the very sophisticated simple breathtakingly glamorous to the complete ball gown, they also keep a list of who has purchased what dress from which school and college so that on the big day there will be no issues with young ladies rocking up in the same dress, which is a brilliant idea.Now to the nitty gritty - prices I was expecting eye watering, heart palpitation, ouch on this, but not so, it's not cheap by any means but not as painful as expected the dresses start from around £200 upwards, but if you are buying into the whole prom experience it's well worth it the quality of the dresses and the range of styles and colours are exceptional!Should you wish to purchase (and we did) you pay a 50% deposit then the remainder when you have your final fitting in your dress upon collection (they don't do alterations in house but can point you in the right direction If necessary).I can't recommend them highly enough and thank you for a lovely afternoon and a very happy granddaughter.

Found my dream dress, so many beautiful dresses, staff so nice, friendly and gave great advice if you have never tried on dress before . Felt really comfortable and had a really nice time just cheating to them and helping me, would really recommend it

All of the staff here are so lovely, despite how indecisive I have been choosing my prom dress. They made buying the dress an experience in itself. Thank you so much!

A little out the way and the farm road was flooded when we went in February. Staff are fabulous, friendly and helpful. It was busy when we went so a little squashed. I would recommend it as they have a great selection, you will definitely find what you looking for but they are pricey, most dresses are around £300.
