Fantastic Service provided by Goodman & Lilley (esp Teresa and Nicola). The house was put on the market very quickly and garned lots of responses. The photo's taken of the property really made it look its best.The communication from G&L throughout the whole process was the best thing. All the visits were managed well and the feedback was given to me in a very proactive manner. All the people at this branch have a very personable manner and make you feel well looked after.

Before entering into our current property search project I completed extensive research and met with a number of agents which if I’m honest was the source of much anxiety and many of the companies I spoke with really didn’t fill me with an enormous amount out confidence.These feelings of angst dissipated almost the minute I walked into the Goodman & Lilley office and was met by Richard Goodman.His calm and professional manner put me at ease instantly and throughout my experience with Richard he always put my needs at the centre of his recommendations and advice. A perfectly tailored service delivered with honesty and integrity. I can’t recommend this company and Richard highly enough.This, for many of us is one of the most important and expensive investments that we will ever undertake and I can say with total surety that you will never regret working with Richard and his team of experts. Will be using this team going forwards.A real gem of an agency !

Unfortunately Goodman and Lilly I would have to advise to avoid. They say they will get back to you and will not which is very unprofessional and disappointing. Lack of respect shown by the Portishead branch, I can not speak on other offices.You only have to imagine the stress this can cause when trying to move house, what a let down.

Their communication and updates are second to none, Lucy holds your hand and chases everything the whole way through and is always available always responding to any questions usually within minutes, it’s so nice to know what’s happening at every stage making what can be a VERY stressful process as easy as it can possibly be. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the professionalism of Goodman and Lilley asManaging Agents for my flat.I have dealt with the Portishead branch for over a few years now and am always happy with the communication, care and expertise they possess.They always find superb tenants who stay for years and they are always on hand to answer any questions and queries as their communication is excellent.Their help with the beginning of a Tenancy (which sometimes can appear rather daunting) is superb and they guide their clients through every step required with an ease and fluidity which isquite rare these days. Have recently let a property in Bristol through Goodman & Lilley.
