Diverse Gym & Physio

This place ticks pretty much all the boxes with regards to machines and spaces. Very glad that I joined and I'll be here for the foreseeable future. The only things I'd change are slightly later opening times and the addition of a couple of different machines, but to be fair I think they've fit about as much in as they can with the space available. Maybe replacing a couple of treadmills or bikes with a couple of Stairmasters would be good for the future. Great place, great staff, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Brilliant Gym, lots of equipment and friendly staff.*update*Tried a Tecar session with Brian Brockliss today after trying a physio therapist and chiropractor to try and help with my lower back. I can feel the difference after one session, and he is the first person to hit the nail on the head where the pain is coming from! Thanks Brian.

Its a decent gym for a very reasonable monthly price, I've been here now since it opened and its ticked all the right boxes, it was much better before reps gym closed as lot of the meat heads joined up so peak times can be a little hard to get a bench these days. If I was to say anything negative I think the changing rooms could be a little cleaner and the weights area need AC to match the cardio area!

Awesome gym and staff are so friendly and helpful. Only thing is the decline bench is outside! Please bring it inside as it's a fair way to travel and carry the weights back and forth like 70ft so not ideal..and the 2nd thing is it's missing a seated back row machine which is quite vital for a back workout..apart from that superb gym so still 6 stars

Joined a month ago,first time in my life I've gone to a gym, I'm 63.The staff are all very friendly, well informed and always approachable ,to assist with any little queries I have.Great variety of apparatus, clearly identifed by a diagram on each, your position to sit and the muscles being worked on .Everything well maintained and clean.I'm already feeling the benefits and would highly recommend this gym.So many other services, massage, group classes available i haven't mentioned. Only cause I'm concentrating on the apparatus for time being, thanks.

Awesome gym, friendly staff. Diverse gym has its own app to allow you entry via qr code amongst other tools within the app.The gym itself is clean, tidy and has separate washrooms. The opening/ closing times are very appealing and will accommodate most people should you be an early riser or night owl.Personal trainers are on site, they offer competitive prices and I myself find great value so far in that service.Parking is adequate for the size of the building, if you do find the car park full you can always park on the quiet minor road next to the gym.I would also like to mention they offer group classes/ physio treatment which get updated on their website and app should you need to book those also.

Been to a few gyms in the Preston area but this one stands out by a country mile. Brand new gym, cheap membership, all the weights, cardio and machines you need. Friendly staff who run brilliant classes, feel very welcome here! Trying to get fit for my wedding and Diverse Gym is the perfect place to make it happen!

Good solid gym with a friendly atmosphere. Very clean place with a varied mix of people using the gym at different levels of fitness. Definitely all welcome. Has pretty much everything you need in terms of weight machines to work every muscle group. Also has plenty of cardio machines. Rarely have to wait to use the equipment. Also has a CrossFit area outside to the rear of the gym, and plenty of classes to attend if that's what you are after. PT service available.. can't really fault the place.

An absolute gem of a gym. Lovely staff ready to help. Got every bit of equipment needed for some serious weightlifting and there's plenty of space to get your pump on (perfect if you're sick of crowded gyms).  Gym membership is a fab deal especially with classes included. There's also sports massage and Physio treatment in case you go that little bit too hard!

I saw Rob when I visited there, he was very accommodating in showing me around and my 1st impression was very good. The gym was clean and tidy with decent equipment. Their prices are competitive as well in the local area.
