I really like their bubble tea, far more than some of the other local places. The staff are really friendly too. I don't shop in Merry Hill often but when I do my son always makes us stop for one as his treat!

Sandi and Cat are the best! They’re so hardworking and give such good suggestions. I’ve tried for the first time taro at them and fell in love with it! They deserve a raise! Praise the girls! Thank you Bubblycious Merry Hill, it was delicious!

I'm rather saddened to be writing this review. On any other occasion it would be 5 stars, no questions asked!However on my most recent visit, I ordered my standard drink of mango milk tea- and it was simply disgusting! It was almost grainy as if it had salt in it- and it was far too artificially sweet (more often than usual- I go here rather regularly)I was so disgusted by it I simply threw the nearly £5 drink away!I am throurougly disappointed by this. It used to be my go to, the one I recommended to every one! However now I simply have to give it only one star.. id give 0 if I could.The staff are fairly friendly however, and that hasn't changed.. just the care about the drinks has.

Bought boba. Daughter took one sip and all black stuff came up the straw. Looked like mold, tasted off.Went back to stand to exchange. Staff were unhelpful, They stated it was raspberry seeds and have changed supplier. Tasted bad. Threw away.Would not refund or do a fresh drink.Been here before drink wasn't like that.Contacted customer services, no response!AVOID

This company do not pay there staff. They use vulnerable teenagers for work and refuse to pay them. This restaurant treat staff very poorly its basically slavery and also thry treat there customers like trash dont bother going there. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Lovely staff and very good drink. I cam quite often to Merry hill and there is lots to choose from and the drinks has always been amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful which makes for an exceptional service.

Had to leave a review as I’m very new to the whole bubble tea craze! However this is the best bubble tea I’ve tried it is amazing!!! So fruity and flavourful with a very wide range of options. I enjoyed my drink that much I returned less than 24hours later for another! The manager was so lovely and helpful and made my moms first bubble tea experience a great one too! It’s safe to say we are obsessed and are already planning our next visit for another!

Bought taro milk tea with tapioca, I love my boba tea and have had from several different places so I knew what to expect. But when I had the sip the drink was grainy like there was powder and the tapioca was hard on the inside. The service was fine, wasn’t too long and the staff are always kind but the drink was disgusting. I literally threw away my money. I don’t know if it was made incorrectly or if the batch was daily it tasted disgusting.

Popped in for our occasional treat today on a Saturday morning.The lady working was lovely and polite , exceptional service and quick as always.We continue to go due to the polite and friendly staff each and every time .
