Hyde Delivery Office

Royal Mail employ people who dont understand numbers. We get our mail delivered to different neighbours & we get others' mail. All those items have a clear correct house number on the envelopes, so they obviously just chuck the mail through anywhere they feel like it. Disgraceful.

Hopeless getting post days late and coming at 5 and 7 pm some days. Rediculas. Who delivers mail in the evening and weeks late. Missing appointment's the post man most be holding on to mail. Then delivery in bulk when he feels like it. Tried ringing but no one answers.

Andy at office is very helpful.Not an easy job for them right now . Support the posties and the strikes!

Lost my birthday present that was coming from the us Manchester says it delivered it to hyde and they did jack to help me

Lost my first package from boots. Boots then had to resend a replacement which was due to arrive on Tuesday. Didn't bother delivering it, said it would be the next working day instead. Wednesday (yesterday) comes and at half 6 I received a message saying it would be delivered, just before 7pm I receive yet another message claiming they couldn't gain access. You had no trouble delivering my partners item though. Still nothing about when it will be delivered, to say I'm angry would be an understatement. Phoning is pointless as you speak to a robot which tells you the same thing as the app.If royal mail disappeared tomorrow, I wouldn't bat an eye. You're absolutely shocking and not fit for purpose.

*0 Star*I sent a next day special delivery by 1pm.Hyde DO signed parcel as delivered when CCTV at the property shows no body even attempted to deliver.Have put an investigation in place.Has taken already 12 days and no answer back from Royal Mail.The manager at Manchester HYDE DO needs to sort their staff out as clearly the staff are stealing peoples valuable items.This is not the first time the items have gone missing.Applauling service will not use againWill look to other service providers.

Always been very helpful to me. I'm pleased that they are still being cautious about covid .
