Had the worst experience ever with a staff member called Maureen at W.H.shop in Elm Park Essex.at 17.28 3rd oct.when i disturbed her phone conversation to take my dog bet as the dogs were going into the traps.She accused me of rudeness as she was on the phone to her boss.what was i to do as the manager was putting money away out the back All i said was take my bet please.I will not b returning to this shop unless action will b taken I just walked across the road to Bet Fred and was offered tea or coffee when i placed my first bet.
