We had an Emergency burst pipe over the weekend in the shower. After explaining our situation they assured us they would get to us at some point today. They came later that day, after being at a number of other jobs and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently, showing me what the problem was. Callout fee was fair considering it was late on a Saturday evening and on the same day I called on a very busy weekend. They saved our bacon and we are very grateful. Will definitely use again.

I have used 24/7 Plumbing Services twice in the past week and have received excellent service both times. I called Gary and he was onto it straight away. He sent Jack and Wayne who both helped repair our toilet. And sent Tony and Wayne again today to unblock our drain. It was a very difficult block which I thought would take a couple of days, however they both got along with the job with ease and were in and out within a few hours.100% recommend to anyone else!

Gary came out same day our boiler packed up and then Jack and Matt installed a new one within two days.Very friendly. Very efficient. Very helpful. Very much recommended.

i was recommended these guys by various people on a local facebook group and they initially said they could attend in 3 days time which was great, but they didn’t call me back at to confirm and messed me around for a week, despite promising to call every time i followed up.it’s much easier when people just tell you they don’t want the job or are unavailable so you can immediately go back to looking for an alternative plumber. instead sadly they wasted a lot of my time, and extended the time the plumbing problem was not dealt with.eventually they just stopped replying to my texts which doesn’t seem particularly professional. unfortunately not recommended if you want someone who communicates straightforwardly and has respect for your time.

Called 24/7 plumbing services late on a Saturday evening, they arrived in good time were able to fix our boiler. Gary was professional and very helpful, and would definitely use their services again. Would thoroughly recommend!

Outstanding!! I contacted Gary @ 24/7 plumbing for a quote for a new boiler as mine had died and was told that it could not be repaired and a new boiler was needed. Not only did Gary manage to get to me within an hour of me contacting him but he managed to diagnose and fix a fault in the boiler that nobody else could find saving me a great deal of money in the process.I really couldn’t be more grateful of Gary’s honesty, and the time and effort he put into fixing my boiler in the middle of a pandemic Gary you are an absolute star and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

5 star! Gary and his team came out to an emergency call and installed a boiler. There was minimal disruption, great communication and the guys were great. They even run the hoover round after. Great, reliable, honest company after we had a bad experience with another trader. Thanks guys, you were fab!

Gary was able to fix what 4 British Gas engineers could not. He came out less than 24 hours of phoning and was polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Gary and Tony installed our dishwasher for us and squeezed us in at short notice. They did a good job, quickly, for a decent price, and are genuine, knowledgable fellas, will get them round again as and when.

My boiler broke and was beyond economical repair. I called Gary and he and Tony came and gave me a quote. They fitted new boiler the next day. The price is reasonable, very friendly guys and professional. Highly recommended.
