Rude pharmacist!! Items missing on now 2 occasion, items also out of stock with no contact when they arrive back in. The way the pharmacist speaks to people she really needs to find a new non customer facing role. If I spoke to anyone like that, then I am sure I would be out of a job. This has been on several occasions and again to my partner today. Someone really needs to do a mystery shop on this store to see how rude they are!!! Would put zero stars if it was possible.

Very busy, I asked if my prescription would be ready before closing time in half hour and the assistant Sarah said she couldn't promise it. When I said some of the tablets were needed she walked out the back of the shop and could plainly be heard to say these people make me sick" I complained to Tesco but heard nothing back from them!"

Rude staff .did not want to serve me realy .accused me of being in .asking for same med recently .even though i had not been in the store for months. .they need to work on there customer service skills .and rather than talking very loudly in front of other customers .and making you feel unconfortable .
