My besties, they are super quick, easy and polite. The food slaps and I would highly recommend if you are in the area for work or just a day out. It’s a nice filling meal that just hits the spot everytime, will be going again soon no doubt about it.

DO NOT order from this restaurant if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. I ordered a veggie breakfast burrito *without* egg - and egg is an option you have to explicitly select, which I didn’t (see attached image) - and I got an unpleasant surprise after a couple of bites! I love Tortilla’s burritos, but this isn’t the first time they’ve tainted my burrito with egg and/or cheese that I did not ask for. I mistakenly believed they’d actually learnt to read orders properly now. Clearly I was wrong.

10/10 really liked the customer service, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I was unsure what to order but they gave me some time to decide. Really nice will definitely be going again. Also the food is super yummy

Good taste. But I ordered a naked burrito replace rice with lettuce, and they didn’t listen. So now I got box full of rice at the bottom. Wasted! And I probably have to go somewhere buy extra salads . Why give the option if you aren’t gonna listen!?

My vegetarian naked burrito was very tasty and filling. Service is efficient and the ambience is inviting. However their vegetarian option was limited at the time of order. The place could have been kept cleaner when it was not busy. Overall we had a nice time and I do recommend this Mexican food joint.

Staff were v. nice (4 stars only as staff weren’t able to authorise my refund without waiting for a manager for which I had to wait approx 15 mins for them to come.)Burrito was quite nice ; experience ruined by the chocolate stuffed churros at end which were stale and cold - steer clear of them.Took a bite and had to ask for a refund (which took a while to process as the manager wasn’t around at the time but when arrived he was nice and promptly refunded.)Tortilla should have a time limit within which they sell hot pre-made products like other food outlets eg McDonalds Apple Pie is served hot and has to be sold in a set time limit stated on the product else they discard.Tortilla staff advised they keep selling them until batch sold out so could have been made hours ago which is bad practice in my opinion

I always come here for my lunch and I have to say it’s one of the friendliest team of staff I have had the pleasure of being served by. They’re always chatty and they’re super fast. Even when there is a queue you won’t be waiting too long. The food is obviously great. The location is perfect. Right at the bottom of the DLR. Tanjila is one of the staff members who I see often as she’s always there when I go, and she makes the effort to come over and greet me even if not directly serving. If I could give more stars I would!

My favourite Tortilla branch. I’m a very loyal Tortilla customer, especially to this branch. The service here is always very quick and the food always tastes great. I typically opt for the pork naked burrito with guacamole which is really good value for money.Occasionally I have noticed that certain team members can be slightly stingy with the extra salad bits like the corn or guacamole, however generally it’s alright.Would highly recommend for a filling and nutritious meal which is also fairly cheap.

The food is ok but getting pricey. The service however is getting increasingly worse. Getting a refund turned into a nightmare as staff didn’t have the authority to the manager didn’t know how the system worked.
