I recently purchased a property listed by Durrants of Diss. From the first viewing through to the final move, August was brilliant!! There were a few problems on my sale, but throughout the whole process, she couldn't have been more helpful. Along with the rest of her team in Diss, she would always respond to my queries quickly and efficiently. Whether you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend Durrants.

The property brochure was most befitting of the former royal manor being placed on the market. Jessica was a delight to deal with over the extended period required to achieve an acceptable offer in the face of COVID adversity. Nathan and Ashley were also most professional , prompt and efficient, particularly during the post Memorandum of Sale period. Excellent service all round. Well done!

Whilst Durrants weren't our agent they were selling the property we were buying. We had quite a difficult process through to exchange of contracts but Ashley at the Diss office provided an excellent service being involved at every stage ensuring we and everyone one else in the chain was fully informed. I think for a lot of people, the best estate agents are the ones you don't notice doing their job. Quick and painless, subtle but efficient. Durrants is the complete opposite, in the best way possible. We bought a house that was listed with Durrants recently, and at every point in the process we were floored by how much attention to detail, time and care they took to ensure that we - people who had not contracted them - were happy with every part of the purchase process and had all the things we needed to proceed. Exemplary service at all points; Durrants, and especially Residential Sales Manager August and Valuer Josh, was completely flawless, start to finish, even when the process for the purchase of this property was wracked with every manner of issues. Were it possible to give six stars, I would be asking for 7.
