Tim carried out a Home Buyer Survey for us and it was a very positive experience. He is very easy to deal with and the report produced was very comprehensive, easy to understand and delivered quickly. The survey examined every facet of the property and its location, and in the report I found the background theory about the various aspects of a building useful, along with findings and recommendations. A simple rating is also given to each of the examined aspects to help one focus on where more pressing issues lie. I'd certainly use Tim again!

Tim Kenny Surveying carried out a Building Survey when I purchased a 4-bed Victorian terrace and I was really impressed. I was able to speak to him beforehand and discuss various concerns I had as well as talk about my plans for the property. The report was provided within 48 hours of the survey and it had all the detail I needed. There is a clear 1, 2, 3 rating system which made everything easy to understand and everything was explained clearly. I particularly liked the pictures which were included as it meant I could see exactly what was meant. Tim was also really helpful after the survey and it was great to be able to call him a few times when we were dealing with the few issues he found.
