This firm has been dealing with a family issue for almost 18 months and showing no signs of resolving the issue.They ignore your emails, they never update you on progress and they keep changing solicitors working on our case.Very poor, slow and unprofessional service from this company.Avoid using them if you need your legal affairs dealing with before the year 3000!

Went in a couple of weeks ago to ask about making an appointment. The lady on reception said the receptionist had just gone to lunch and could I ring back later. I rang back and explained why I needed an appointment. She said she would talk to someone and they might ring me back. That was the last I heard.

Even with the delays caused by third parties.Had no end of issues caused by the solicitors of my buyers, but could always count on speedy replies and updates as to where we were and what needed to be done.All communication was clear and concise and aided to deal with issues quickly and effectively
