They're losing a star right now because they've got a deal on weekdays until 7pm. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs a good old fashioned sacking. The people benefiting from the deal can clearly afford it therefore they don't need a deal. The people benefiting from the deal probably shouldn't be encouraged to drink anymore than they do already. The people that have one or two pints while reading the paper early in the day aren't going to spend any more money. They're going to use the savings elsewhere. It's fairly obvious that the money that could be spent is being turned away to other bars that actually cater for people that work day shift. Lazy. Blinkered. Inconsiderate. Badly managed. Poor decision making. Symptomatic of a broken promotive system by broken upper management. Sort your act out and do your job. And even though I can't take advantage of your January sale it still reads 7pm when you're closing at 6pm. Falsely advertised aswell.

This pub is so cold it is ridiculous, the beer has got better but no need for ice in your drink. The poor staff who have to work in this environment who are all good but please treat the customers and staff better,it is so poor

After New years day meal disaster at the black bull Morpeth I contacted head office and detailed my concerns and false advertisingHead office on 2 poss 3 occasions told me they would direct it to there public house named above inI have waited and waited for a resolution to the disgust my wife and myself went throughWife's lamb was still bleeding and took away while I was left waiting to enjoy a meal at the same time as my wifeI sat with as described a FULL rack of thick pork ribs in tenasee bourbon sauceNow I know how many ribs a cow has and a deer as well as a lamb and pig all I was presented with was less than a 1/4 raxk an egg cup of coleslaw and a minute bowl with chips and on the side was 2 onion ringsAbsolutely disgusted in service and food quality let alone quantityI'll have to post pictures and explanation on social media due to failing to have a resolution from yourselves and even the black bull establishment

I used to live at the North Seaton Hotel for the first 18 years of my life, my parents ran this beautiful Victorian hotel that had letting bedrooms a restaurant a function room catering for over 100 covers and 4 separate bars the building was built in 1901 as a Victorian coaching Inn and I was lucky enough to live there in the 80s it used to be a proud building with all sorts of Victorian features, stables hay loft old traditional items such as stained glass windows, I could go on about its beautyNow is just been over painted in gloss paint, known by its nickname the elephant, all the former areas are derilect only the bars are operating, its just a boozer now, what a shame, it could be so much more perhaps the current owners are just letting it fall into such bad repair that this grand old Victorian lady once a proud hotel will be demolished? it's so sad, it should of become a listed building

it was great to see the Black Bull Boldon having a face lift, it is now a very warm and friendly pub and the back terrace is a hidden gem a real sun trap. Great stuff guys.

This was my partners Sunday lunch at the lambton arms Chester le street £11-95 for that and the veg was raw and was Luke warm overall disgusting

Particularly unhappy when served by the Manager named PAUL at The Miles Arms in Avonmouth to find out that BLACKROSE had upped the cost of a Coca Cola from £1.50 - £2.35 and secondly the people who attend this Public House have to put up with Piped Music".In reading your write up I learned that you care for your Public Houses and for the customers who spend their hard earned cash there.The .85 pence rise is a total rip off
