The food is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. It is a sports bar so it's quite loud though (no surprise there but still)However, we have been there 2 times on our trip, which should tell you that we really liked it. So if you are looking for a sports bar, this is where you should go; if you are looking for drinks, then you should head there as well, if you look for food, then this could be also your place, provided the noise doesn't bother you too much. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

Loved the wallpaper; great first impression. While the staff were dealing with a lot of the evening ingredients being out, they were prompt, helpful, and apologetic. They were friendly and attentive.I have food intolerances so I often have to order something without ingredients and restaurants nearly always get the order wrong. They nailed my order even with multiple similar items ordered at the table which is very rare. I will absolutely be returning.Excellent dinner with friends made better by The Granary - cheers to their staff Monday night 11/12/23

The food was really nice, ordered through the app that was mentioned there, and the food and drinks were brought to the table reasonably quickly.All food was presented well, tasted nice and drinks were nice considering was just a cola, fruit shoot and a shandy but the shandy was nice as there was a nice amount distributed between carling and lemonadeI have pictures of the food for the presentation but unfortunately my 3 year old had started eating her food.I had ordered a peppered mushroom pie meal, my wife had a burger meal, and my little one had the chicken nuggets kids meal.

Wow totally worth the wait this place has totally been refurbished the toilets are first class the food was amazing and the staff were so welcoming a big shout out to liza hard working and always smiling nothing ever seems to bother her

Food are fantastic.We had our Lunch, dinne. Brunch and dinner on the next day.Steak is amazing.Huge servings.Update: Visited last August 24,2023.It’s close for renovations. I’m no longer in Elgin will be back on November will visit again and update this review. H

This is the first time I've been in since the refurbishment, the new look is amazing. The food and service is better than before and the katsu curry does not disappoint, this still lives up to its reputation. With the Festive season well on its way the staff are all jolly with LIza in full swing enjoying dancing, singing greeting everyone who comes through the door.

We had breakfast with santa here today and it was an amazing experience. The staff were great with the kids and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast choice was great even for picky eaters/fussy kids. There were many different characters to keep the kids entained until santa arrived. Overall great time, will definitely be booking again next year.

Was in yesterday and the katsu curry did not disappoint, the new decor is beautiful and toilets are lush and very clean all the staff were very welcoming and our server Lisa is very jolly and clearly enjoys the Xmas season singing and dancing can’t wait to be in for our staff meal next week.

Come for drinks and snacks with friends. Do not expect to be wow'd for the food or service.Went on a Thursday which was a discount on the 8oz steaks - thin little things that were over cooked.Staff was nice but missed several things.

Family visit in the run up to Christmas. The pub was busy but Alex managed to get us a table for 7. Well looked after throughout. Reasonably priced food and drink which was ordered promptly and delivered promptly and was tasty!Despite it being busy in the run up to Christmas, there were no drunks or idiots in the pub. Recommended!
