Angry and upset. I was 15th in line waited over 2 hours to speak to a receptionist, only to be told that they are fully booked. I've got cellulitis and needed antibiotics to stop infection. The receptionist did not want to know. I've had enough! Changed my doctors today.

The negative reviews are ridiculous so here’s a real positive one. I was seen to today by Sarah who is lovely and informative. Got seen too quite quick and practise is nice too. Would recommendᵕ̈

If I could I would give this place minus stars. The receptionist I spoke to this morning would not listen to me. It made the whole call an uncomfortable experience and is representative of my experience with this practice as a whole. Uncooperative, intolerable, and neglectful. Waited weeks for them to dispense medication to the pharmacy delivery service I use, meaning I go without the medication I need to survive. I dread having to contact my GP practice which should not be the case for a primary health care service. It's no wonder this place has a two star rating on here. If you value your life, STAY AWAY from this practice and go elsewhere.

An awful place. We are moving clinics, on the whole the Drs and Nrs try their best but on my last visit the locum Dr ignored me completely. The recent communications I have had with the practice manager over an urgent referral to hospital have left me slack jawed. You ask a health service team for urgent help and clarity and get absolute contempt in return. I'm reluctant to even give one star.Avoid.Edit: I have since discovered that not only was I treated with contempt but that I was misdiagnosed and ignored when I knew what the problem was. I am awaiting at least one surgery. This place delayed treatment by weeks because they couldn't be bothered.

I understand the current circumstances, however there are ways to still be patient, professional and kind on the phone. People calling a medical practice normally need help, guidance and medical assistance, not to book a holiday. In the morning it’s almost impossible to get through someone over the phone in less than 20/30 minutes, when you do manage to speak to a receptionist, 95% of them are impatient and they don’t listen - assuming they already know what you are about to ask - making the calls last longer to try and get your actual question across. They then rush you off the phone, most of the times we end the conversation and I don’t even know what’s happening next.If you need to book an appointment, and you manage to call before the cut off time, which varies according to the daily bookings, calls are scheduled randoymly throughout the day and there’s no way to predict when the doctor will call. If you happen to have a job, and miss the call because you’re trying to still work during that day and not just look at the phone, you might miss your one shot to talk to your doctor - most of which also don’t actively listen to your situation and treat your questions like nuisances making you feel really stupid. Last year I needed an urgent scan referral and they messed it up 4 times. It kept getting rejected by the hospital and I found out and had to have it fixed myself after calling relentlessly both the hospital department and the GP for MONTHS! As both facilities were blaming each other.I rarely give a low star review, but I feel like constructive feedback could help improve the service and hopefully someone from the practice reading it realises how their actions can affect others and do something about it.

Went here with a lump in my breast that I have had for a while I had a referral the end of February which showed a large mass but fortunately was nothing other than tissue but they advises me any changes to go back to my doctor ... the lump has got bigger and my breast feels hot at times so went back he actually sat and read me my letter from my February appointment to inform me that it was nothing to worry about even though I explained it had changed he made me feel stupid the said well do you want me to examine it I said well you have just told me I'm fine and left ....disgusting and you have murder getting appointments and when you get there it's emptyThe reception staff have always been amazing I will say that

These are the worst Gp practice known to human kind. They have severe incompetence when its concerning dealing with patients requirements. They are negligent, Disrespectful, Show no empathy towards patients in dia need of medical treatment and support. Lives balance in the hands of these so called humans and it’s disgusting. These need shutting down ASAP.

Incompetent, inept and fundamentally useless centre which seems to be committed to making straight forward medical matters more complex than necessary. An embarrassing service compared to that which I have experienced at other GP's.
