Jack is the Definition of a great Landlord. Hes very fair, very Kind and nothing is too much trouble if you need to contact him . He is able to be a friendly compassionate person to speak with, yet very fair, professional and helpful as your landlord, he has the balance perfectly mastered. I would recommend to anybody who is looking for rental properties, i have rented for over 20 years and nobody comes close to Jack, hes a great person and most importantly provides excellent properties and helps you feel secure settled and happy. Both Jack and Josh are very friendly approachable people, they make the office a comfortable environment to be in. Rooms / property's are all done to high spec, you can see that Jack puts a lot of hard work into what he does. Also offering the best rates for managing your property! Been a tenant for 8 year's...nothing is ever too much trouble if things need sorting.Always available and helped me through a bad patch I had when I was made redundant...Jack helped me work thought things....not many landlord's would help as much as jack did....one very happy tenant.Keep up the great work Estatetrader.
