I have been a member of NRLA for many years, I joined them on recommendation from a colleague who had a portfolio of properties, I was running my own agency. I sold my agency but retained a few properties and therefore kept up with my membership. Over the years I have found their help and assistance invaluable, I would highly recommend joining if you have one or many properties.

Well, I thought I only needed info on one particular issue of legal process, but I received far more really valuable information than I had hoped for. The person I spoke with was A* in knowing their subject. Sooo very appreciative!

I signed up for this service today and called to get some advice immediately. I only waited about 5 minutes to get through to a live person. My call was with a lady named Helen, that was incredibly helpful and spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me, taking time to be thorough and answer all of my questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Helen went over and above and stayed on the phone with me until after close of business and was still prepared to stay on the phone with me for another separate issue that I was having as a landlord. I cannot tell you how grateful and relieved I am to have found such an amazing organization and service for landlords. I would have spent the years fee just to get the solid and concrete advice I got from Helen today. I cannot recommend this service enough. It is the best £85.00 I have ever spent. A million stars and highly recommended. Thank you NRLA and thank you Helen!

I rang to ask about my local Landlord Association and whether CPD done with NRLA is accepted by the Local association (still waiting to hear from the local association). The answer was not immediately clear but I was phoned back later the same day, with the current situation. Great effort to get to the answer and felt the NRLA were really concerned to answer the question and help me. A great organisation. Also, great training for Landlords, which will make a better rental system for tenants too

I couldn’t be without the NRLA. I have been a member for nearly 20 years. I’ve never paid solicitors fees to start, end or evict. Their legal support is amazing. I have had my yearly fee back 100 fold for sure!!! Courses are great. Team at head office answer tge phone and are v helpful. Without the NRLA I couldn’t have expanded and been the landlord I am today.

A really useful service for landlords . They have always helped me with both legal advice and technical enquiries. Very comprehensive templates for various Landlord/Tenant forms and contracts. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Well worth the membership fee.

So pleased I signed up with NRLA last year ~ they're on the ball & can help out quickly when one is not sure about something related to the lettings ~ their portfolio operation seems pretty good as well!
