O Kee Asian Food to Go

I ordered a spicebag meal. The spicebags are ok but are VERY small, they only fill half the brown bag up and mostly with veg which was disappointing, I knew this from a previous order and had put in the order notes to fill the bag, they didn't fill it. The chicken balls were nice and so was the curry sauce. They put the cold can of coke in the same brown paper bag as the hot food for the third time I've ordered, why would they do this? Also keep an eye on the delivery charges they are charging, not consistent and cheaper to order via justeat - the lady taking the phone order admitted this too. My delivery charge was €4.50 ordering on the phone or their app, €2.50 via Just eat +50c service fee. Overall there's better places to order from than here, my regular go-to restaurant was closed hence why I ordered from here again.

Spent €15 for a Spice Bag meal to be delivered 100m last night to my son who was staying in my Mum's house. Found out today they hadn't bothered to give him his coke so I went into them. No apologies, just driver very busy

My Nanny and Grandad order here most weekends as a treat and the past few times that they have called to order than man taking the order has been extremely rude. He has been so rude to my nanny that this weekend my nanny actually got my auntie to order for them as she did not want to speak to this man. My auntie had the same issue with the man on the phone. The order came and was incorrect, as usual. My nanny mentioned to the delivery man how rude the man taking orders has been and he said he would mention it to the manager. About an hour later my nanny got a call, not from the manager but from the man she had complained about. He called my 82 year old nanny and said 'i heard you were giving out about me' and continued to confront her on the phone. This is shocking! I've worked in customer service for years and to call and confront a customer is an awful way of doing business. As a family we have spent a lot of money here over the years and I guarantee we will not spend another cent here. From reading recent reviews they don't seem to be the only ones who have had an issue with this man. Something needs to be done about this. I won't be letting this go either. My poor nanny who was already scared of calling and ordering food herself if now going to be even worse. I guarantee had it been a young man he would not have called and confronted him in such a disgusting way!!

There were items missing from the last two orders I’ve placed from Okee. The woman laughed on the phone and offered to send the missing items out. No apology was given. Not really good enough considering the rest of the meal was freezing by the time they delivered the missing items. Considering this was the case with the last two orders, we will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service and the phone mannor in which there person on the desk just spoke to me with. Have ordered here for years and never have I been spoke to like that. I will never order food from them again. When we asked for extra chicken and onions in our spice bag as the last time we got off them it had little or none in it he decided to tell me we use the standard amount and someone must of stole the chicken and then hung up on me. And that's the polite version of the conversion. He was shouting down the phone telling me we use standard measure only and it's not his problem my chicken was stolen. Such rudeness I will be making sure anyone I know who orders food from them won't again.

Service and food have gone to the dogs, very disappointed as would have bean a loyal customer! Definitely would not recommend!

My order of a pad thai with tofu and vegetables and a Diet Coke came what seemed like as soon as I placed the order. Very speedy delivery!However this seemed to be at a cost.This dish did not take me to flavour town. Nay, it took me to flavour skid row.I’m not going to beat around the bush, this dish frankly tasted like feet. I’m wearing the same socks as I wore yesterday and I was unsure whether the smell was protruding from my pad thai or my feet.. maybe a bit of both.The sauce was inauthentic, tasting tomato-based. It was neither italian nor Asian. It could well have been a tomato pasta made by a 13 year old who’s parents left him home alone for the day. The tofu was ok, but did not make up for the rank sauce and the fact that there was far too many green peppers. Nobody wants that.Okee, please explain yourself

Used to love ordering from them but after tonight I never will again, after 2 hours no food has arrived and they seem to have turned their phones off, they have also falsely marked it as being delivered I'm assuming to try and pretend to just eat so I don't get a refund. It's simple if you can't fulfill an order then you shouldn't accept it and take payment for it.

Anna was very unhelpful, food was ordered through Deliveroo and proceeded to tell us phone wasn’t working (even though it was working perfectly) and basically got told we don’t care take it up with Deliveroo. Absolutely shocking and rude. I will never order it again, if they were anyway helpful I wouldn’t be posting this, but decided to be just plain rude instead.Toxic Customer Service.
