Lee has been fantastic. He was very helpful, professional and polite. Lee installed a new boiler having tried everything and put in lots of effort to get our previous temperamental boiler to work, to no avail. Lee was very clear in communicating to us what the problems with our previous boiler were as well as the options for a new boiler. We would definitely recommend using Lee Edwards Plumbing Services.

We have used Lee Edwards twice, once for a boiler problem and then to change all our tap and shower fittings. Lee was very efficient and professional at all times. What is it about plumbers and them not wanting to return your calls? Was it because all I needed was an annual service? I bet they would come running if I mentioned ‘new boiler’!So out of desperation, I called Lee when I saw his phone number on his van one day. Lee came very promptly to service our boiler with a no nonsense approach. Job was done in no time! I was very happy with his work and his fee. I found him pleasant, honest, genuine and very easy to work with. He’s a keeper and I will be calling him from now on.

Lee Edwards is just the best plumber I have used. He has looked after all my families plumbing needs over the last 4 years and he will continue to do so.He is honest, reliable, clean, tidy and cares about your property and charges a fair price.We needed to update our bathroom to a Shower Room and Lee was a great help in assisting us in choosing the right products and he installed all the plumbing and tiling parts while we were on holiday. Lee has covered three jobs at my home - replacing and installing new kitchen sink, new vanity bathroom sink unit, and replacing floor grouting in bathroom. I am extremely pleased with the work he did as it was all completed to a very high standard. Also Lee was able to be flexible and creative with the tasks, thinking outside the box where needed. He always explained to me in advance what he was planning to do that I appreciated. His prices were very reasonable for the quality of work and I would happily recommend Lee to anyone considering plumbing work in their home.

Lee attended to a problem at our property, at short notice, when we had a leak in the kitchen. He sorted out the emergency very quickly and followed up with a full service of ordering and replacing the tap for us. I can highly recommend his professional service. Only minor comment is the length of time it took to attend to the replacement (6 to 7 weeks).

Our boiler collapsed in chilly February. Lee was very quick to come and give us a quote and kindly shifted his commitments to install a new one for us. He was really helpful in guiding us re what we needed and the house has never felt as toasty plus in the end as he did not need the roofer he came under his initial quote! Many thanks, we definitely recommend!
