Absolutely disgraceful service damaged my Italian sofa still waiting on insurance and not even getting replaced. Sofa was left so wet it was drenched the next day he had to come back and rapid dry it which left it with stains and crispy fabric. There was no nice smelling chemicals used on it just water and alot or water at that very poor service
