Absolutely first class service! I dropped my mobile and the screen completely shattered.I handed it to be repaired and collected it within 1 hour.It looked brand new!Price for lcd replacement is cheaper. Highly recommended.

I went to this shop to get my phone screen replaced. The man behind the till called someone who said they had the screen so they could replace it that day and they will call me straight away. I hadn't heard anything and it was an hour until they should close, so I went in to check and was told they had to order it in and it would be done Friday 100%. I went back again Friday as I hadn't heard anything and was told the delivery just turned up so to come back the next day 4-5P.M. I came back today and was told it didn't arrive yesterday but it arrived today so will be done tomorrow. I decided to just take my phone because I felt like I'd get another excuse tomorrow. Terrible service and a waste of time.

Have used smartfix many times, service is 100% fantastic. Always on time with the repairs i have asked of them. The manager and the staff in there are always pleasant and inviting. Would recommend this place for anything from cases and screen covers to the top end phones.

FAKE sd card - purchased a Kingston 128gb sd card from this place earlier today. On getting home and watching a few videos, it pointed at the chance that the card was a fake. I then ran SD insight on the card which reported the card to be invalid and had a file size of 134gb.Read and write rates were terrible at 10mb a second.Took it back and thankfully got a refund.

Very very bad place worst place in Borough. I brought him Iphone Xs to replace battery and screen next few days the phone keeps turning off and on stays on apple logo. He says that the person I buy off has it like that but it was purchased in bradford mobile shop. Smartfix you are SCAMMERS BIG SCAMMERS PEOPLE DONT GO THERE!
