Absolutely thrilled to bits with my beautiful Eloise Sofa and Love chair .. so comfy and looks amazing .. the choice in the showroom was brilliant ,Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful and made us feel at ease to just browse but ask for any help if needed .we also looked around at other well known retailers but saw absolutely nothing that blew me away , then we went to K C sofas and was delighted with the choices. It was delivered today by 2 lovely lads, Nathan and Tyler , they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend K C Sofas

Two sofa's delivered today. Charlie and Tom who delivered them were excellent, professional and friendly. Very impressed with KC sofa's from start to finish. Helpful in the showroom when choosing what we wanted, gave advice but weren't pushy. Also really helpfully stored our sofa's for us free of charge until we were ready. Would definitely recommend this company. Sofa's are great quality and very comfy

The whole experience of purchasing our sofa's from KC Sofa's was totally amazing. In the showroom Michael was polite, knowledgeable and was not pushy. Two young lads, Charlie & Tom delivered our Sofas, I was blown away by their politeness and professionalism, the care and attention given to our Sofas was amazing. They both upheld such high qualities of customer service. I absolutely recommend KC Sofa's.

This is the second time I've purchased from KC Sofas. Mike in the shop is so helpful and not at all pushy. The delivery lads Charlie and Tom, where so polite and made sure everything was OK before they left. The furniture is so well made and comfortable. I can't recommend KC Sofas highly enough

This place is the jewel in the crown of Sofa shops!! Mike was absolutely brilliant, no fast paced selling techniques or pressure to buy. , Open and honest about all prices ( including delivery charges), gave us lots of information about the sofa we were interested in. He helped us to see how the sofa we wanted would fit into the room, ( using the plan we'd drawn). It's the best place we've ever been when buying a sofa. You want to get the style, texture, colours, comfort and price right when paying out for big household items...this is the right place! We were very happy and satisfied with the sofa we brought. Very highly recommended

We bought a shop floor sofa and they stored it for us until we were ready to receive at our home, packed well to keep safe and clean! Deliver was well communicated and we were given a 2 hour time slot. They arrived within this time and Charlie and Tom were very professional and easy going with where I wanted the sofas. Charlie clearly explained how I can remove the feet and arms (for taking out the house, if needed) and they even made sure the sofas were clean from stray fiber and cushions expertly placed before they left. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a new sofa, always buy local, better customer service!

Excellent service in-store from Michael, no pushy sales and very knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. Delivery was handled very well by James and Rob. Sofas look great! Would recommend.
