We sold a property with Heywoods. Prompt to come out, value, put on the market and organise viewings. Only negative I have is that communication wasn't always brilliant and I had to chase queries a few times as no one got back to me. I would use again and recommend.

My experience with Heywood has been fantastic since I first by my house on Boulton Street through Heywood. I recently decided to sell the same house, they've been excellent in preparing the valuation and giving me all the necessary information towards achieving a sale. They're simply my first choice in the Newcastle under Lyme area.

Very helpful and support staff. Nothing is to much trouble. On the few occasions we have had to contact any of the teams they act quickly and professionally. Lottie/Becky (the agents we have had the most dealings with since the start of our tenancy have always been very patient and understanding whilst maintaining professionalism.

I can’t recommend Kerry at Heywoods enough for the level of customer service she has shown me. She has been an incredible source of knowledge and has gone above and beyond to help me understand the area better so I can make wise investment choices. Ann-Marie showed me around one of the properties and was very lovely too. All of the team are incredibly friendly and I look forward to purchasing a property through them in the future.
