PureGym New Barnet

Machines are old and useless.The air condition is not working properly.The manager is not responsible for any thing.Now it is a couple of weeks that the roof is leaking and no one has done anything for it.Toilet water taps are not working and you are not able to wash your hands after work out.Showers are smelly and disgusting.All I said it was about New Barnet PureGym I will add some photos to proof my words.

Just finished biceps day today. I have never hated humanity any more than this in my entire life. Its gotten so horrible to the point that when a man came up to me and asked if I needed a spot on the bench, I had thrown the 400kg bar at him, pinning him against the wall. I was able to do this as I am very Hench. Multiple people had come over to me questioning why I had done that, I went what I can only describe as a blind fury. I had picked up the peck deck machine and threw it out of the window and it landed on the oncoming 184. I am now on the run. i have been evicted from my flat and my car insurance has been revoked. All i have to my name is a gone off cheese and pickle sandwich from Tesco, and my Fiat panda. However on my way out I refilled my bottle with the piff sports water, this drink is what I can only describe to be the nectar of the gods. I have paid smugglers thousands to get me just a few drops from the inside of the gym. My taxes and national insurance are suffering. Thanks pure gym!

A very conducive environment to work out. The cleaners do a great job keeping this gym neat. The ladies changing room , including the showers is always clean . Kudos to this gym

Nadia the clinical sports Masseuse is fantastic. She's always looking to improve her talent and ability to serve her clients. She's listens and observes the concerns and instructions and does her utmost to make her clients comfortable, relaxed and reassure them that they are in safe hands. In my opinion, She's amazing and always keeps me mobile. Thank you Nadia for looking after me.

Best pure gym in North London.. good space..parking..everything you need.. nicely spread out.. I only. One here when im in the area but by far my favourite Pure gym!

Very spacious and varied equipment, there just doesnt seem to be many staff members around incase you need them. Might be expected as its a pure gym

Classes in this gym are so bloody loud! You don’t know who is louder, music or a instructor.I can’t hear my own music - on my headphones because of completely unnecessary shouting.I bet a lot of people are suffering from headaches after those classes- and I am not talking about the participants.I am mainly using cardio machines because all other machines are always busy, or group of five is using them as a place to hang around, or once you get hold of them someone is lurking around like a lunatic thinking that with that kind of behaviour will force you to finish.On the top of everything they shortened parking hours over the weekend, which means that I have to possibly park on the street which is very difficult as there is mainly residential parking!

PureGym New Barnet is a fantastic place to train. ALL the staff are lovely, friendly, and helpful. Both managers are available and 'on it' if you have an issue. I love the spin classes, each one is different, all provide a great workout. Having retired at 50 and with serious spinal surgery x's several now I treasure each and every day I can spend here. Other members are lovely too, friendly and up for a great workout ( trust this is the same for other classes and not just spin!) Arrive with a smile, enjoy, and hopefully still smile when you leave! If you are going to moan about a lack of loo paper or weights not put back, just remember those dreadful days of Lockdown when we were all deprived of our place of physical, and as important, Mental wellbeing. This is probably one of the cleaner Pure Gyms I have been to. I do appreciate the staff cleaning/hoovering the cardio machines in the afternoon (regularly), but I have never seen them cleaning the weight machines (ground and 1st floor), they really need it. Better yet, would be better if they would have more cleaning stations in those rooms, so we could do it. The women's locker room is WARM and needs more ventilation. Toilets really need to be looked after more frequently. All in all it's alright, it's a budget gym, you get what you pay for.
