Ordered the premium turf on line, arrived when they said it would and dropped off in the drive. Turves were easily handled, no rips, weeds or stones. Theres was a few brown/thin patches once down but top up of lawn feed and seed and it was grand. Happy with the customer service too, someone always on the end of the phone.

Ordered 20m2 of elite turf for my lawn at the front of the house. Phoned emerald lawns and such a easy transaction and the turf arrived on time and day specified. Layed the turf and 2 weeks later i had a perfect lawn mine you it needed watered twice a day for a week due to no rain but amazing results can highly recommend this company.

I can only ofer praise for this company. I was recommended to them and they lived up to my expectation. Lawn turf looks incredible and my 3 year old Labrador just wants to run around on it then fall asleep on the soft grass. Well done to this company!!!

Rubbish. Down about a year, cared for dilligently and the sward is bare and patchy. Worse than this, when I went to rake the lawn and overseed, I realised the turf is grown through a plastic mesh net. This makes lawn care impossible, rakes catch the net and rip up the turf entirely. This is a cheap system which allows turf to be grown faster and is not particularly good for the environment either.

*AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!* If this is what you call your highest quality of roll out grass, I wouldn’t like to see your lowest quality because this was just absolutely unacceptable. You think you are bigger and better than smaller landscaping companies, you’re ego is through the roof and when we emailed you 4 weeks ago that this was completely not salvageable, you had the absolute cheek to ignore all calls and emails. Absolute complete waste of money as you have no desire in helping to to rectify what you’ve sent me, completely disgusted.

Turf delivered was of excellent quality.. Followed all instructions provided to the letter and lawn now looking great after 1st cut. Communication was good, other than requesting order be left on driveway (stated on yellow delivery note) and it ending up on pavement.. However, I would definitely recommend this company!
