Unreliable! Fed up with having to get my “Fresh food” delivery a day early so i get chance to prep it before service! Totally defeats the purpose of the “service” they provide. Unless you’re a big company with BIG orders, you’ll have a hard time with these guys!

After reading some of the articles I have to say that the premises has a few problems. Made by the management team.So I have to say that I cannot say anything good about the premises, as I cannot say anything bad about the premises.So I am open minded on the premises at this moment in time.

Review only based on the driver who cut me up today at a roundabout then tailgated me before going outside carriageway bollards past about 15 cars at traffic lights and forcing his way back in. Interesting in view of the review a year ago. This driver was Harrogate so perhaps the company encourage it?This guy will kill someonePolice have been informed

Oliver Kay are absolutely hopeless. Orders consistently missing up to half of the ordered items. Prepped produce which had been frozen was delivered out of date multiple times. Even when sending replacement orders to fix the previous f*ck ups, they can't get this right.

If you are thinking of working here then i would highly suggest you don't !! company is in shambles. Every morning you would start the day with excuses from management which had no clue what they was doing and would force you to load your van way past the legal limit and push drivers to risk their license with the excuse saying we would pay the fines". The vans they make drivers use are not road worth and highly dangerous

We received unsolicited goods from them this morning. Even the delivery guy said there's no paperwork. The goods could be contaminated or anything. I said I didn't want them and he showed me a delivery note of the bar above me. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Just been followed by one of their drivers and in a 30 and 40 zone he was about 6ft off my bumper and crossing white lines. Looked to me like he was texting. This was on the A6 10 and the A6 at Ambergate Derbyshire around 8.30
