A trip to Anja Potze is ALWAYS a pleasure. Such a warm welcome and the staff are so very, very helpful. They are just able to pick out the perfect jewellery that is very hard to resist. Their design skills (should you be looking for bespoke) are exceptional, quality is phenomenal.

A massive thank you to Anja Potze and the wonderful team, they made such a difference and helped me plan the perfect proposal... at least to my fiancé's eyes, and isn't that what really matters..?I visited their lovely little store on Friar St with an idea in mind for the type of ring, but they helped me refine my search. We went through a selection of different options and Felicity helped explain and define the different aspects of the ring, the clarity, weight, materials and what that meant to the way it looks and wears.Once we had the perfect ring selected, they then helped me with my proposal plan; to hire The Earl, the river boat that tours the Worcester Severn.It all came together and whilst any engagement is surely one of the happiest moments, our engagement felt so right. The icing on the cake? My fiancé asked whether I'd spoken with her family or friends about rings, as this was the exact style she had always dreamed of...Thank you to all of the team at Anja Potze, highly recommended for any occasion and look forward to seeing you when we come in to pick up the wedding bands.

I recently visited Anja Potze shop in Worcester. Anja's guidance and ability to make us feel special, at the center of her attention made the occasional amazing. Anja Potze delivered us an incredible shopping experience for what was an incredibly important purchase for myself and my partner (wedding rings). From the moment we walked in Felicity made us feel at home and she was very interested in us, our story, and was clearly very passionate about her job. Felicity didn't push anything on us, she simply provided us excellent advice whilst being very patient with us, and we ended up buying my partners wedding ring from her. She also included free engravings and a free resizing of my partners engagement ring as gift to us.I could not recommended Anja Potze enough, and particularly Felicity! :)

Anja and her team are absolutely fantastic! They helped my fiancé design my engagement ring with his very specific requests (we presented quite a challenge with the type of stones) and did it quickly as there was a time crunch. They’ve helped resize rings, handled our wedding bands, and helped choose bridesmaids gifts. We will always choose Anja Potze for jewellery needs in the future. It’s such a pleasure to have friendly and knowledgeable staff assist you and create a fun experience for whatever your needs.

Anje and the team are extremely knowledgable, has the most amazing jewellery available or creates custom one of a kind pieces making the items so special and personal. The service they provide is outstanding. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for jewellery now and couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Outstanding service , abundance of choice, Anja , Felicity and Sarah are always happy to advise with the difficult choices and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the fabulous jewellery in the shop.
