i called Rob on Saturday morning as we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Rob was able to come early that afternoon at a time that suited us, and within an hour the leak was fixed. Friendly, efficient, tidy and hard-working. Would definitely recommend.

I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.

I've used Rob a couple of times now. Most lately when we had a very leaky mains pipe. He responded immediately and fixed the issue within a hour or so. He is very professional, knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Will definitely be using him again.

Had a badly leaking toilet system which was damaging the ceiling beneath the floor. Quick call to Rob first thing and he was around in a jiffy and all fixed super fast and at a very reasonable cost. Can't speak highly enough about the service this very smart and pleasant young man provides. He will be our plumber of choice from now on. Superb.

We rang at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and Rob came out within half an hour. Very efficient service and stayed until the job was finished which was 7pm! Good value for money - certainly didn't feel like we were being ripped off which with most emergency call outs you do. Would definitely recommend him for other jobs.

Rob replaced the large hot water cylinder in my house, which started leaking. This was a very difficult job, due to extremely difficult access to the pipework in the airing cupboard. He carried out the work very thoroughly and professionally. Recommended

Rob managed to get to us within 45mins of identifying a leak in the water tank. It was out of hours but Rob was able to spend a couple of hours draining/sealing the tank before returning to replace the tank altogether the next day. Thoroughly professional service and went above and beyond to make sure any concerns were dealt with quickly. Would absolutely recommend.

Rob provided us with a fast, efficient and friendly service at a very fair price. We were impressed, especially as we had a bad experience with Local Heroes (part of British Gas).It does show that a good local plumber like Rob is a great find!
