Melisa has been my PT for about a year. She provides detailed exercise training according to personal needs and goals. She kept me sane during lockdown and has always motivated me to keep challenging myself. She is very professional in her approach and knowledgeable. I worked with Melisa for about a year. When I started with her I had recently recovered from a hip fracture and she helped so much with building back up the muscle around my leg, hip and back, eliminating any pain that was left. For this I can’t thank her enough. Due to the Pandemic a lot of the sessions were online and I still felt constantly supported throughout the experience, with Melisa messaging to check in on me, my workouts and nutrition everyday. Melisa knows exactly what she’s talking about to a very high level. Not only did I become much stronger and fitter from working with Melisa, I also gained much more confidence when in the gym by myself due to her thorough explanations of the equipment etc. When working with Melisa you don’t feel like you’re just paying a personal trainer, it’s as though you’re getting help from a friend. I would recommend Melisa to anyone, but especially those new to the gym!!

I have been training with Melisa since February 2019. I chose Melisa because she is a runner, as well as being a personal trainer, and I wanted to improve my own running through the sessions. This has worked out really well and we have worked on strengthening the legs, core strength and improving my speed as well as overall strength and fitness. The sessions are always productive as well as fun, and Melisa is always very encouraging and positive. Every session has been different and Melisa introduces lots of variations. I look forward to each session and feel better at the end of them.
