I immediately knew I had chosen the right company once I had spoken to the staff and how efficient they had arranged the installation in my home. I have used this company for over 2 years now and they still remain reliable. If I have had slight issues in the past, they fixed them as soon as they could. I appreciate all the help and care from the team at the broadband shack. I couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks!

Woeful customer service. I am sure if you live in an area with good basic coverage, you will receive an acceptable service. However, if you happen to live in an area with poor reception and speeds, the service is no better than BT with constant dips and non-existent coverage and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone to deal with your queries. Many fault logs have been opened by me but they close them without any contact with me and are always blaming mast problems so out of their control. If they would just be honest about the expectations for rural broadband and dealt efficiently with problems as they come up instead of cutting off calls and on the rare occasion you can actually get through, they promise to call back and never do.

I purchased the services of the Broadband shack over 2 years ago. In my opinion the service is extremely poor. They do not provide support after business hours or weekends. Approximatley every three months, I am forced to contact them due to poor reception, this becomes a frustrating task, long wait times on the phone, with them failing to call back. I have stuck with them because I paid a considerable sum for installation which when I move to a new provider I will be obliged to pay again and start the process all over again

am forced to mail you as this is the only way that I can communicate with your company but I am absolutely certain that this is not the first mail of this kind your company has received. My home/Workspace is without broadband now for the last 5 days due to an 'admin error' on your behalf. As you can imagine this has caused a considerable amount of stress over the last few days to both me and my wife who is also a remote worker. I feel your company has failed to provide even the most basic of customer service and has no understanding it's meaning. If I had a similar issue in my company I would be moving heaven and earth to find a solution in a professional and timely manner.I will not go into how many times we have tried to resolve this issue since Thursday as we are now exhausted with it all. We don't want any more apologies or promises of call backs. We want action. We want somebody to call with a plan to resolve the broadband issue immediately, that's all we require.

Appalling company to deal with. We had ok internet when we first signed up. Agreed to a 24 month contract (only option) and that’s when the issues started. Terribly low speeds, many days without any reception at all. I work from home, I’ve had to take days off work with no compensation or offer to leave the contract. Spent hours on the phone and allowing engineers access to my computer to attempt to fix issues. They have been hard to get hold of at times, when service goes down there is no compensation. No end of issues, total cowboy company. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE RURAL. Terrible terrible experience with this company, I would go as far to say the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Why they won’t let us out of the contract is beyond me. I can see others have had a similar experience. Allow customers out of contracts when the service you offer is not suitable, you’ve spent hours and hours ‘fixing’ issues. Do you think customers will just ignore this and continue to pay you for a non existent service? Unacceptable! Sort it out!

Live in a very rural location and we have no problems with broadband even other neighbours in our Hamlet have also switched to ‘Broadband Shack’ . Informative staff with time to address our needs. Certainly have & will recommend this provider.

I live in the middle of nowhere and connection for my business has been at 25mb/s at best for 2 years! After finding broadband shack and speaking with Adam he advised me what would be the best service for me, I couldn't be happier with the new 5G broadband!! 150mb/s stable all day long, would use again, can't thank the team enough!!!

Poor customer service. A company who turned and altered our settings. Blocked our sim so it would not work. Then stole money from my account which santander are investigating. Do not use !!!!
