Throughout our remortgage for our property Ian was always very good in keeping us updated throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. We were quite a difficult case but Ian managed to help us and was available at all times. Ian at Zing went above and beyond to explain the whole process to me. He was very prompt to return and calls if he didn’t answer straight away. I honestly think the level of service couldn’t be beat. From the beginning right through to the end Ian has always be happy to help even explaining things that are out of his scope of work. His team member Kelsey also had some involvement in the process and she was very quick to chase people on my behalf.
