Large store on 2 floors. No adjacent parking let's it down. Its fine if your only buying something small and managable.

First time in since BHS closed. Large homeware store. Large items bought would have to be carried to either cars parked in car parks (not nearby) or to the bus (or train). Assume they do home delivery? Looks really different inside compared to when it was BHS.

I love to shop here. I live in London and there is no shop closer to my house. I was able to find the things I wanted, and the staff were very helpful.

The cashier wouldn’t let my friend buy cutlery because she “didn’t look 19” even though she showed valid ID (recent driving licence). Cashiers response… “challenge 25” which is NOT how that works as the legal age to buy kitchen knives is 18.

Love Dunelm always ready with a bargain.. they had a shop near Small heath but am glad they opened in Solihull Mell Square. Good stuff to be had

Don't bother with click and collect. It will take you longer to collect your order than it would've to shop in-store. I raised a complaint with head office about my experience. I had to chase a reply after 2 weeks. Was offered £10 and a lame apology. Disappointing.
