Absolutely brilliant brilliant guys who work here. Nothing is too much trouble. So helpful, friendly and a joy to speak to. The lads had been there over 24hrs due to horrendous weather conditions putting their shop out of action for a while. Still smiling, kind, polite and professional. Thank you to a fantastic team.

Excellent service, brilliant aftercare email sevice. The item i bought was missing an item. I Emailed them on Friday night. The missing part was delivered to my house on Monday by 10am. Excellent service and they price matced online price saving over £100.00

Staff are really friendly and helpful but other customers were looking for staff on the shop floor and asking me if I was staff because apparently I look sufficiently biker.I really like the way you can order stuff into the branch to try on without making a commitment to buy. I think I ordered 4 sets of RST leathers in my size as they they all fit differently. For some reason the touring oriented leathers fit tighter across the knees than the sportier sets.

10/10 Service from Kat!I popped into SBS over the weekend in order to purchase my first set of motorcycle gear. As a novice/learner I was struggling to navigate the vast selection of products in store…that is until I was greeted by Kat, who made my shopping experience almost effortless. She was incredibly helpful, attentive and patient as I spent over an hour trying on multiple items, multiple times. She was very knowledgeable on all of the products and took time to explain the differences to me in order to find the best solutions for my needs. Ultimately I walked away feeling one hundred percent confident in my new gear. Highly recommend this store!

Brilliant service and kit.I needed support to get fully kitting out. Rob greeted me as I walked in and stuck with me for the 3 hours it took. Informed and balanced guidance and I got everything I needed. Returned for something they hadn't had in stock (trousers I wanted without sliders) and again received immediate and invaluable support.Travelling in to central Leeds is well worth it.Ample parking, there's a few hours free, but don't then leave the premises to go elsewhere..Not the easiest place to find, but worth it!

really impressed , had some amazing prices on boots and luggage , loved the in store facillities . the order to store to try is a fantastic thing, impressed they had a coffee machine that wasnt expensive, staff was lovely and knew there products, down side was a few things like boots didnt have prices on so it involved a second trip after id seen the price on line which isnt a huge issue but its 70 mile each way, parking is free and good, 100% my new go to for my gear despite the distance, spent £300 on 2nd trip £100 on 1st and was treated with grattitude for my custom which is rare these days, just wish theyd branch out to east coast more where we have no such places
