I bought my harrier mower from Broadfield Mowers some years ago. When I bought it Broadfield Mowers offered the best price in the market. Since then they have serviced my machine. Just had it serviced (returned today 26/4/23). They picked up my machine from home, took it away, returned today in super condition. The driver's customer service is exceptional - friendly, informs you when he will pick up & deliver, phones when on his way. Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received. I ordered a Husqvarna toy strimmer and it was delivered today.It was very well packed and the delivery was superfast. My grandson will be over the moon with this lovely toy.

Excellent customer service. Attended the shop in person. Customer service provided by Lu was first class. Very knowledgeable regarding the products and was able to give very good advice to assist in my choice of product. The order was slightly delayed from the manufacturer Stihl however this was only by a couple of days. I was kept fully updated by phone and e-mail and collected the product from the store. Lu ensured the item was fully assembled and was working to manufacturers srandards. The item was even placed carefully in my vehicle. First time customer of this business and would highly recommend based on my experience.

I tipped my qualcast petrol lawn mower yesterday so that I could see what type of replacement blade I needed to order online.I have gone to use it today and it is struggling to start and lots of blue smoke. I called the workshop and spoke to Paul about the problem. He was extremely helpful and told me how to remedy the problem without any costly repair bills, 2 hours later it's working fineIf only everyone could be as honest as these guys. Just to add I won't be buying a blade online and fitting it, I will be taking it to the shop so the experts can change it. Great advice Paul, thank you.

AVOID !! AT ALL COSTS Consumer rights act of 2005 doesn’t exist in this place !(If your elderly definitely avoid you will get robbed)Will now be taking advice with citizens advice and moving forward with this matter. TRY other business around sheffield and support them instead of these money grabbing hungry scammers. Used to be a pleasant friendly place but over £26 the would lose a customer shows how much respect they have for us ! AVOID !! AVOID!

I contacted Broadfield Mowers recently and even though their website stated they were only working a couple of days a week due to Covid-19, they got back to me within a couple of hours. A friendly chap called Don replied confirming stock and a likely delivery date. I duly ordered and true to their word, the delivery arrived a couple of days later.Truly exceptional service during difficult times so a massive thanks and thumbs up from me. Keep up the good work guys!!
