I can’t quite believe how rude the post office staff are!I was called up and I said I have a BFPO parcel to send and the lady that served me, who was wearing a coffee stained grey cardigan, HUFFED and rolled her eyes at me as if I had been such an inconvenience to her! Half way through the process she started a conversation with someone else leaving me to stand there like a complete lemon and when I said what was inside the parcel she looked at me as if I was a complete weirdo.If the lady reads this, I am sorry my husband has been deployed abroad to help those in dire need of food and water. I’m sorry that I wanted to send him something nice to maybe put a smile on his face on Christmas Day, as he is on the other side of the world. I’m sorry that by me sending him a parcel that added a few extra finger movement on your computer screen and finally I’m sorry that you hate your job that much you can’t even smile at your customers!!!!!!!!

Much better store after the re fit. Great range of products and it’s helpful it’s open till late evening on Sundays. Quick and helpful service too

One star is too generous. Absolute dive of a place, overpriced tat and there's always something either not working or broken every time you go in. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff.

Generally the store staff are friendly and helpful. However the paper delivery service needs attention. Also been trying to phone the store for over an hour to find out where the newspaper is and they are not answering the phone at all !!!!!!. This seems to be an ongoing problem. Have a house bound client who depends on this service and it is failing him.

It changed from McColl’s and now Morrisons Daily is a refreshing new store with the Post Office service inside and more products availability for customers to buy.

Got kicked put for not buying anything because it was out of stock. He made me queue outside for 5 minutes but he let lots of other people in before me and my friend and the others queuing outside. He watched them walk in. It is a rubbish ship and is painfully overpriced. The post office is also a scam. A small parcel cost £8 to post. 1 star is generous for this shop if I could give it 0 then I would.

The staff in the post office are absolutely fantastic. They are efficient and incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had issues with a parcel that was being delivered and they were fantastic at resolving the issue. Excellent team.

The lady with the tattoo and glasses. honesty her behavior is bad with customers.I always feel like I embarrass her when I buy.

This is the main Post Office is the Thame area but you never know when they are going to be open. Currently closed with a sign in the window saying WE MAY BE CLOSED TODAY""

Shop itself is okay. Just the Post Office inside is terrible. Feels like ladies working there are slow for some weird purpose. There is no way to do anything quick there, is it buying some stamps, sending parcel or collecting one.17/5/2023 Update : went there to send letter today, large one. Size was okay, but it was too heavy so they didn't accept it. 4 (four) grams too heavy. Not 400, not even 40. 4.
