We were given Brad's details from a friend who he had done work for. Brad came out and gave us advice on the best solution for our needs and booked us in for a week later. Brad kept us informed on his arrival on the day and worked like a trooper to get the work done all in one day. we are extremely satisfied with the work he has done and it is a pleasure to be able to leave a 5 star review.

Absolutely fabulous service Brad was recommended to me and he arrived promptly. I have a lot of experience with regards to having trades in my home and Brad was one of the best. I had my boiler repaired as leaking water from the bottom, never a good sign !Brad quickly found what was wrong showed me what he was doing throughout and when he left you were left with the reasurance that a good job had been done many thanks .....

Got in touch with this company and they were brilliant from start to finish. Asked them to service my boiler and they talked me through what it involved, showed me the old parts that needed changing. They were courteous and mindful of being in someone else's house. Work completed on the same day to a high standard. Would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Found Brad to be a very friendly, trustworthy and reliable gas engineer.He replaced a couple of old radiators for us and serviced our fire and boiler on the same day.He found a couple of problems with our boiler and heating system, which is quite old and admittedly hadn't been properly serviced for a while. Brad dealt with the issues and made adjustments to ensure our system would function more efficiently, first making sure he explained each step of the process before undertaking the works.He worked in a very tidy manner and his knowledge and many years of experience as a heating engineer is evident. Very reasonably priced too, for such a high standard of workmanship.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone!

First Class ServiceBrad was referred to us by a friend after us having waited weeks for British Gas to arrive and say that the boiler couldn’t be fixed. Brad turned up to look at our old boiler on the same day that we first contacted him.After a quick inspection he identified that he could fix the breakdown but due to the age of the boiler it made economical sense to renew it - but it was our decision. I knew enough about them to agree.Brad returned the same week to install the new boiler - contacting us the day before to confirm the job was still on.On installation day he called ahead and arrived promptly on time.He worked quickly, tidily and diligently, no dramas, he just got on with it even though there were a few installation challenges and it turned out to be a long day.Overall he was very professional, kept us informed, did a first rate job and only charged a fair price.We will definitely use him again when required. I would highly recommend him.

I was having trouble with my old thermostat meaning my central heating was coming on at bizarre times. I contacted Brad and explained my problem, he quoted me for a new one and he has just fitted it for me. I can recommend Brad enough, very friendly and explained everything to me. Thank you for such great service and I will definitely use Heat Nation again.
