It's no longer hercules gym its now urban exstem a axe throwing club it is brilliantly run went with daughter n nethew. Had a brilliant time highly recommended great fun for all the family well run complete make over friendly staff great atmosphere

Top Quality Gym for the serious fitness person. Theres 2 sides to this gym so u have PT side which is combat based fitness and classes and the weights side.Both sides have amazing inspirational trainers that will help you in any aspect of your training.You will never have been in a more supportive and welcoming gym in my book.
