Incompetent and Disappointing that they sent the package I cancelled. I have asked them enough days to remind the cancellation. Won’t even re-arrange the collection of the package themselves. The parcel company they used even just left the package by our door and without signature receipt. A £110 without asking for a signature of receipt! There is no way I will be able to refuse the package if the parcel company did not even give me the opportunity to refuse it.

Poor customer service.I bought a lovely Laura Ashley lampshade on 2 September 2021. It arrived a few days later in perfect condition but unfortunately didn't fit my ceiling pendant properly. I asked for a refund but they said they would only give one if I returned the item in its original packaging.It is my fault for having taken off the cellophane wrapping around the shade though I packaged it in its box in the same way - but I having returned it promptly they told me that unless it was exactly the same when returned they couldn't resell it so would have to return it to me. It's the 23 September and they still haven't returned it or refunded me despite a few emails from me.By the way, they are not often in the office so it takes days for them to respond.They sell lovely things but their service is clearly lacking overall.UPDATE: One month later they are now returning the shade to me. Which overall seems a ludicrous state of affairs given I'd wanted to return it as per the above.
