Agree with previous reviewer. I had bought a package of minutes and used to use 4 minutes only to get the tan I wanted. It was enough. Recently replaced all bulbs. Told they are weaker (in guise of healthier “slower” tan). So had 8 minutes - nothing, zip. Last time did 12 minutes. Still nothing. So my next session will be more. Essentially they’ve diluted the power of the machines by a factor of at least 3, maybe 4. Which means they’ve quadrupled the cost of the minutes, overnight. Trading standards issue imo

Great place to get a quick tan before summer starts. The facilities are very clean and the staff are always really nice. They sometimes have offers on their web so be alert and check them out.

The girls who work in the london bridge shop are very unprofessional and rude. I made them some questions as it was my first time and they ignored me showing zero interest in selling their own packages. When they answered they answered me in an incomprehensible way as if they were annoyed. In the end when I left the shop they didn't even say bye or something. They ignore customers and just think about talking to each other.

I came back to tanning after about 20 years and have to say while not much has changed I really like this place. Staff is friendly, rooms large, good standard of cleans lines and Sun Angel bed leaves me naturally browned with no sign of redness. After two sessions I can already tell that the auto adjustment mode is definitely working as bed adjusted differently on both occasions. Love it and glad to be able to get a bit of a glow during dark winter months
