Called at 6:30 to get to work for 7, they said it would be 15 minutes, I said fine. 7:15 and still waiting for a taxi and now I’m late for work. Don’t use this taxi

Was travelling from Leeds to Manchester airport when tyre blew out. They sorted a 7 seater and picked us up in the emergency area of the motorway in time to catch flight. Can’t thank them enough.

Said taxi was on way 2mins waited half an hour kept phoning kept saying the same thing, wouldn't have been bothered if they just said look were busy will be half hour, joke of a company was late picking my 4year old up from school!!!

Absolutely rubbish service. I order a taxi from here and it turned up half an hour late. I rang to see where my taxi was to be told by the operator that he was doing is best. No you are not! As I found out by the driver that job had only been put through 5 minutes before the driver turned. Which left me missing my appointment. So I said to the driver that I wouldn't use the cab company again. The driver told me that the owner had already taken over 5 taxi ranks so I could end up with any taxi. So I'm just going to use uber. They maybe more expensive but as least they turn up!

Really friendly driver's it's some of the controllers who constantly tell lies saying your taxi is only 5mins away then wait at least 20mins . I phoned last night at about 19 10 they said 5 mins as I had to be somewhere before 19 30 and only a 5 mins drive so no problems.ye right phoned again at 19 20 to be told acouple of mins no taxi so missed my appointment THANKS A LOT ..........,....................

I am disappointed that as a loyal customer the taxi service decided to charge me an additional 10p leaving the charger on effectively as I was taking money out of my wallet to pay as we had arrived at the destination the initially cost was 3.30 leaving me to pay 3.40 just because the taxi driver thought I was inebriated enough to take advantage of.
