Homesure Prescot

Used Homesure to sell my flat. It went on the market just as covid 19 started in March. Viewings were not possible. As soon as viewings were allowed several people had viewings arranged and one made an offer. Throughout the sale period I was kept up to date. Alex and Dave chased up matters with solicitors. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

From the outset, selling a property during 2020 wasn’t really going to be straightforward. Through professional and determination the Homesure team managed to successfully arrange safe viewings and have been reactive and responsive during the whole process. Homesure Prescot have been fantastic from start to finish. All the members of staff have gone above and beyond what I was expecting from an estate agents. My property was sold within the first 2 weeks of it being advertised and I have just had my money put in my bank on Friday gone. I have now instructed Homesure Prescot to proceed with my next property and dare I say sold on the first day of viewing cant thank Dave and Alex enough.

We would definitely recommend this team, basically you always get what you pay for and this company is competitive in pricing but they do go the extra mile. Dave the manager is straight and clear and always honours his promises. Alex the senior property consultant has always been in contact with us and on the case. We operated in very challenging times and encountered a number of hiccups but the guys were always working well with partners Rowlinson's solicitors behind the scenes to smooth the path. We would definitely use these again. We have moved house a few times and I would definitely say that you get more personal care with Homesure than many of the bigger names .
