Scar Close Camping and Glamping

Stayed in duluxe tent during August bank holiday weekend. Easy to find and we a fantastic ale bar only 1 mile away. The facilities toilets/showers are mint condition and extremely clean. The location is beautiful. Fire pits and pets are allowed too. In the morning the owners open for croissants and coffee. The tents are great although no electricity so you will need a torch.Beds and bedding are very Comfy.With a few tweaks like hard standing area and a night camping light inside and this place will be exceptional.

A beautiful place. Owners Ann and Martin are helpful and welcoming. Coffee and croissants are available for breakfast.Doggos are very welcome, and the owners dod, Red the Lab makes friends easily! Loved watching our doggo playing tag with Red! Seriously beautiful glamping pods and the shower/toilet block is up to hotel standards.Tent pitches are spacious and relaxing too.Loved the friendly Highland Cows!AND THE VIEWS!Overall, gorgeous, relaxing, and I did not want to leave!Just the perfect getaway to relax and recharge.Thanks to Ann and Martin for a fantastic weekend xxx
