Live beside the depot and there alarms go all night every night and never answer there phones no need as there are staff on premises 24/7

My 12 old daughter was made to pay adult price for a day ticket to school she was in her uniform. When I phoned to complain was told it was basically up to the driver to decide if she looks like a child or not and that she didn't provide I.d. what 12 year old carries I.d. with them luckily she had extra money or she would have been left at the side of the road

Translink has the most unhelpful drivers you will ever encounter.I'm not saying all drivers are rude but most are.Not to mention the ridiculously expensive fare of £2.10 for single which is a total rip off.Translink still living in the 20th century and they don't accept contactless payments because they won't make as much money.funny enough it's way more expensive than the transport in London.
