Really great selection of Barbershop and hairdressing products. Ordered online and it came super fast also really cheap compared to some of their competitors. The Gabri powder wax and lemon cologne are particular favourites with my clients. I found them online originally and since then have visited their showroom and had their mobile shop visit me saving me having to go to them. Can't fault their service or products at all. I bought a clipper which developed a fault after a few months they took it back no problem and then swapped it after sending it back to the company for repair (it couldn't be repaired.) Compared to a major nationwide competitor who fobbed me off when I tried to return an electrical item telling me my warranty was with the brand and the brand telling me my warranty was with the company I purchased it from their customer service and aftercare is miles better than their much larger competitors.I only came on to see if they were still open and couldn't believe the last few negative ratings (who to be fair haven't even said what their issue was which winds me up as a business owner. If people want to complain and leave negative reviews unless they state the issue and give their real full names and order details how can a business even make it right??) Don't let the negative reviews put you off whether you are trade or buying retail Eson Direct is a trusted supplier with top quality products, prices and service.
