Swansway Jaguar Crewe

I called to get a repair cost for a small O2 sensor 3rd party warranty job on my F type . They promised to call back but never did and I sensed at the time they weren't interested in my business. I have previously had my SVR serviced at chester and thought I will give crewe a go for the F type. Well given they didnt come back on the warranty repair they wont be getting my servicing work. Not impressed.

A day of excitement. Hubby, his dad Ron and myself took the hour journey to collect this handsome baby. Hubbies pride ad joy for the moment. The sales staff were accommodating and we helped ourselves taking selfies to our hearts content. A once in a life experience for me.

Extremely angry customer. I was having warranty work undertaken and they did vehicle health check and told me that Brakes were defective and urgently needed replacing at cost of c£700. I thought bit was expensive and have had them checked by x2 other garages who inform me that the brakes NO NOT need replacement. I intend to contact Trading Standards. In my view an attempted deception.

Amazing customer service and speedy turn around. Nathan.P is a credit to not only Jaguar but the industry as a whole. Answered every question thrown at him and went above and beyond what would be expected. The show room was also immaculate.Thanks to Nathan it is also likely that our other car will be changed to a Jaguar too.Following this I am now the owner of a F-Pace. Once again a big thank you to Nathan and the Jaguar Crewe team.

Left a £49 reserve on car based upon figures online but told figures were different. And despite being told refund was sorted nothing back in 3 weeks. Not impressed and now being ignored

This is the first time I have had the pleasure of using and working with this dealer. Test drive is the most important thing, you get the keys and drive yourself and not like at other car dealers the person who sells the car goes with you, full comfort. Full assistance in arranging a car on hire purchase. And most importantly, nobody tries to force a car on you. Of course you get a warranty and service on the cars even on the used ones with the possibility of extension. I highly recommend this car dealership for its professional service and reliability.
