Worst customer service and they don’t even serve customers with respect . We are daily customers actually working next to their place and all the staff in our place visit the store regularly . From couple of days we noticed that hot chocolate is full of water and unable to drink and we took it back and the blonde lady was actually rude and all the staff were the same . So finally we decided to stop visiting this store from tomorrow because we don’t want this cheap food and coffee to be served with that worst atitude in the staff …Thanks for losing customers !!

The staff sold me a packet of milk chocolate biscuits which were hard and dry as a rock. I guess they were more than 2 days old, too bad for them, I'm disappointed.

I can't believe what Im being told I can't have a small pot of ketchup with my pizza whenever this lady is working there.The rest of the staff usually service me some in a pot but this elderly lady always refuses it.Anyway the food is absolutely amazing but frankly the cheap service I've had over the past few weeks has really let you guys down since wenzles just had a refub and the ladies in there are super nice and guess what? They'll give ya ketchup when you ask for it.Ps I got my own bottle of ketchup now and we had a really good laugh at sainsbury's talking about your cheap service :)

I just want to say thank you to Micheal, for an amazing recovery service I received, he made an effort to come all the way and deliver a missing item from my order I placed on just eat. What a customer service!!

Never had a problem with the service in the West Ealing branch. Staff are friendly. They have really good customer service skills. I was so taken back when one staff offered to make me a breakfast wrap fresh, when I enquired about the sauce in the other ones which were ready made. Didn't know they could do this for you. Will definitely grab something from here more often when passing by

i did not hate the place. i did not buy anything as this food is dangerous with a capital D. The proliferation of these shops is of great concern and to rub it in one has opened on the grounds of ealing hospital. They might as well have opened a tobacconists. The link between this food and serious ill health does not take a masters degree to work out. it is obvious. wake up !

Today is Wednesday the 2nd of November 2022 and I would like to thank the guy behind the counter { sorry I've forgotten his name ) but he'll know who he is. He gave me a free hot chocolate drink because the Free Code Vouchers Scan wasn't working. So a big thank you again.

Worst attitude of staff . . .don't even know how to use tills , not aware of promotion offers , don't even try to listen to customer. Started serving other customers while keeping my issue on side. More training is required for staff , they should be aware of their own offers atleast.This always happens only in this perticular West Ealing branch. Atleast try to read your own T&C of offers.
