Great service, very knowledgeable even of my ancient sprinter and happily provided a courtesy van. Problem swiftly solved within and they kept me updated throughout. Highly recommended

Brought my Vito here to fix the airbag. Booked in a week in advance when they called to say they had the part they needed. They said they could lend me a van for the day as we were in lockdown so what else was I going to do? Got there. No van to lend me. They said they could get the job done in an hour so I went for a walk (in Crawley! - nice). 3 hours later they hadn't finished because they didn't have the part they had said they had ordered a week before. Terrible service. Certainly not gonna use them again.

absolutely awful from start to finish, Walked around Crawley for 5 hours no phone call in 28c heat , went back, told it was ready , sorry please wait 30 minutes no one in finance to do invoice. got in my van, SOS unavailable still, went back waited another 40 minutes, sorry its not working come back another day, I got home checked my oil level, below minimum, it was on minimum when I left home, driving around today SERVICE OVERDUE, so that wasn't reset either. absolutely DISGUSTED at this service.

Took my sprinter in for annual service but was told because of the mileage it didn’t need one, I pointed out that the air filter dirty warning light came on, said they would have a look after two hours I left after being ignored.Checked the air filter my self and inside was like a bird nest and this was a vehicle that had a service 7/8,000 miles earlier at Rossetts as I have a service contract.Absolutely useless would not trust them to top up washer fluid.When I rang to complain was told a manager would call me back but still waiting.Took photos if anyone wants to see what a good job of supposedly changing the air filter Rossetts do.

I book service for service plan b and cancel my gear oil change. It was mistake made by staff of changing gear oil change, which I personal said to Ben,. I paid for this service plan b and I was at service Center for 45 min. They did not mention anything there after 10 day they call me pay for gear oil change not they are threatening to take legal action on me. One of the worst experience at Rosetts commercial Worthing.

Its not the staffs fault they are just to busy to provide a good service.Van went in for a mot working fine came out 3 days later in limp mode with faulty injectors then two weeks before it was ready.

Stay clear! impossible to deal with. Spent thousands trying to breathe some new life into our 2014 sprinter, and it's still not right. The service team don't seem to know what's going on, they don't care a tuppence.
