Excellent service. Made getting new shoes for my 3 year old a much easier experience after already purchasing shoes in 2 other shops where once home he said they hurt after he had been measured and fitted. We did not have this experience this time around!He wore his new trainer out of the shop and is very happy as they make him run faster!

My Wife shopped for boots and came out with two pairs. She did say that the assistants were very helpful. I think they were! Perhaps too helpful.

Although earle and not busy took for ever to get choice from the back and then brought a size 7 when I asked for size7.5/8Online order was no better it took4 days to be told out of stock !!

Excellent service. The lady that measured my daughter's feet was really helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't get the trainers in my daughter's size in store but we ordered via your website when we got home and the trainers arrived promptly and my daughter loves them.

I ordered new boots online. They arrived within 3 days with no delivery problems. Boots are great, but I've bought several pairs from Charles Clinkard and they are always fantastic quality and last for years. The shop in Byres Rd Glasgow closed so I'm delighted I can still buy their boots online.

Been into this shop twice now. The service is soooo slow. Today I saw a pair of boots, priced wrongly by £50. Waited ages to get my size to try them on. Went to the till and they wanted £139 instead of £89. The manager says she couldn’t reduce them by that much, as if I was asking for a reduction, rather than it being their mistake. No apology, nothing. I will be making a formal complaint. The previous time they made me wait about 25 minutes while they searched for shoes in my size, then said they didn’t have any. I’ll never go there again. Such time wasters. .

Incredibly unhelpful visit today at about an hour before close. To paraphrase the conversation a little:Can I help you?" "yes I'm looking for plain white leather trainers" "if we have them they'll be on the shelves somewhere"Brilliant....simply brilliant. Don't think I'll be back again."
